Nuara keeps cookies minimal. We use essential cookies for login and account features, and we only load the embedded map after you choose to show it.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can also include local browser storage, session storage, pixels, embedded content, or server-side session identifiers.
2. Cookies Nuara currently uses
- Essential authentication and session cookies used by Nuara and Keycloak so users can log in, stay logged in, access their profile, apply for experiences, and reach admin areas where permitted.
- Security and technical cookies or identifiers that help keep sessions working and protect the application from misuse.
- Third-party requests from embedded Google Maps content only after you actively choose to load the map on the Location page.
3. Cookies we do not currently use
- We do not currently use advertising cookies.
- We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tracking pixels.
- We do not currently use cookies to build advertising profiles.
4. Essential cookies
Some cookies are necessary for Nuara to work. Without authentication and session cookies, login, profile editing, applications, admin access, notifications, and similar account features cannot function correctly. These cookies are used only for the service you request and are not optional inside logged-in areas.
5. Google Maps
The Location page can show an embedded Google Map. To reduce unnecessary third-party loading, Nuara does not load the embedded map immediately. The map is loaded only after you click the map consent button. Once loaded, Google may process technical information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, account and booking features may stop working. You can also avoid loading third-party map content by not clicking the map load button.
7. Changes
If Nuara later adds analytics, marketing tools, or other non-essential cookies, this policy should be updated and a consent choice should be added before those cookies are used.
